MSD started their Asset Management efforts with a Reliability Centered Maintenance Program about 10 years ago. For the last 3 years, the have coordinated all planning efforts and initiatives into the common framework of a Strategic Plan with an Asset Management focus.

Columbia, Missouri
The City of Columbia provides water and wastewater services to approximately 50,000 residents. In 2010 the City participated in the Missouri Water Utility Partnership, an EPA-sponsored pilot project to assist utilities in developing an energy management plan and identifying available funding options to implement energy improvement projects.
