World Water Day is on March 22 every year. The theme for this year is “wastewater.” According to worldwaterday.org, World Water Day is about taking action to tackle the water crisis. The theme of wastewater this year helps draw attention to the fact that the majority of wastewater flows back to nature or neighbors without being treated.
