SDWA Diagnostic & Technology Center (DTC) RTCR COC Multiple Samples

This chain-of-custody is to be used to submit total coliform samples to DTC Laboratory in Alamogordo, NM as part of the Revised Total Coliform Rule. This COC allows for the collection and submittal of up to ten samples as long as they are all routine samples.
