Elizabeth Parfrey
Elizabeth Parfrey joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center (EFC) in October 2025 as the Digital Support Specialist and Trainer for the Center for Water and the Environment. She holds a B.A.S. in Technology Management from the State College of Florida and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Instructional Design through the University of New Mexico. Elizabeth began her career as a technology specialist and STEAM teacher for the Manatee County School District. She later joined Sandia National Laboratories as a trainer and application engineer, where she developed a strong interest in adult learning, knowledge management and WordPress. In her current role at the Southwest EFC, Elizabeth manages several of the Center’s online resources and leads training initiatives.
