Andrew joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center in 2025 and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington.

He brings experience spanning management consulting, entrepreneurship, and project leadership, combining analytical thinking with a practical approach to solving complex organizational challenges. His work focuses on developing project management systems, improving reporting and data quality, and building scalable processes that strengthen project delivery across the Southwest EFC. Prior to joining the Southwest EFC, Andrew worked with Accenture, supporting complex business transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, and later owned and operated a brewery, where he led business operations, financial management, and team development. His expertise includes project management, process improvement, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
