Marcus Panozzo joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center in July of 2026 as a Senior Project Manager. He holds a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. Working at both UNM and the UNM Health Sciences Center since 2013, he has served roles in accounting and grants management as a Certified Research Administrator with experience in obtaining and managing federal and state funded projects in a university setting. A longtime resident of New Mexico, Marcus is a former business owner, construction manager, and carpenter. In his role with the SW EFC, Marcus will be focused on supporting technical assistance efforts across the center’s awards.
