Shā Lager joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center (EFC) in March 2026 as a Water Utility Trainer and Support Specialist. Her work is grounded in environmental science and shaped by experience in both technical and community-facing roles. She has supported water sampling and laboratory analysis while also contributing to outreach and digital engagement, bringing a balanced approach to both data and communication. Shā holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Data Analytics and is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance. She is motivated by a commitment to sustainability, strong communities, and work that creates lasting impact.
