Mark joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center in 2016. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science. Mark develops web-based and desktop applications as well as website repositories for Asset Management and State Revolving Funds. These tools and resources help to serve water utilities, state agencies, EPA, and the SW EFC.
