Heather joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center in April of 2019. Her experience in environmental sciences includes logistics and administrative support in working with public and tribal agencies. Heather has over 20 years of administrative, coordination, and customer service experience and skills that she has incorporated into meeting the needs and goals of the SW EFC.
