Lead & Copper Rule (LCR) – 2020 SDWA Requirements

The SW EFC is pleased to present this free virtual training series focused on assisting EPA Region 6 Tribal drinking water personnel understand and complete the 2020 Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) requirements at their water system/s. Water operators, samplers, managers and Regulatory Compliance Officers (RCOs) for EPA Region 6 Tribal drinking water systems scheduled to sample in 2020 are encouraged to attend this training. The training is approved for 6 hours of CEUs through the NMED and the EPA Region 6 Tribal drinking water operator certification programs and will cover:

  • LCR Regulatory Requirements
  • Updates to the LCR
  • LCR Sampling Plans
  • Sample Collection and COVID-19
  • Private Laboratory Procedures
  • Sample Results and Reporting & Record Keeping Requirements
