About the Program
Through the SW EFC Tribal Wastewater program, we aim to:
- Provide training and technical assistance to tribal communities for the prevention, reduction, and elimination of pollution.
- Enable tribal communities to comply with environmental regulations and build their technical, managerial, and financial capacity to sustainably operate wastewater infrastructure.
- Ensure that tribal communities have access to public funding to meet wastewater infrastructure needs.
- Support tribal communities in protecting both public health and the environment.
Through this program we can help tribal wastewater systems in EPA regions 6, 7, and 8.
