Measurable goals will require systems to collect data to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">track goal performance<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and create key performance indicators (KPI) to delineate success and failure. Because of the time and effort that will go into tracking goals and\u00a0developing KPIs, systems should be realistic in the number of goals they set.
