Elizabeth Parfrey joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center (EFC) in October 2025 as the Digital Support Specialist and Trainer for the Center for Water and the Environment. She holds a B.A.S. in Technology Management from the State College of Florida and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Instructional Design through the University of New Mexico. Elizabeth began her career as a technology specialist and STEAM teacher for the Manatee County School District. She later joined Sandia National Laboratories as a trainer and application engineer, where she developed a strong interest in adult learning, knowledge management and WordPress. In her current role at the Southwest EFC, Elizabeth manages several of the Center\u2019s online resources and leads training initiatives.<\/p>\n
