Heather joined the Southwest Environmental Finance Center in 2023. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.S. in Cognitive Psychology. Her responsibilities include contract management, staffing needs (hiring, onboarding, policy support, EPAFs, staff meetings, etc.), managing student employment, and travel management for Southwest EFC staff. Heather provides logistical support for research proposals and trainings conducted by the Southwest EFC. She also serves as the liaison between the technical staff of the center and other teams both internal and external to UNM.<\/p>\n
